Due to the nature of natural wax, it is sensitive to changes in humidity and temperature. As a result, the surface may not be smooth and cracked or formed with water droplets. This cannot be exchanged or refunded. If the wax surface is cracked due to contraction or solidification, it becomes smooth when the wick is burned and the wax is first melted and hardened. To prevent color, keep it in a cool place without sunlight. The wax may melt if you leave it in a high temperature. Please take care of ventilation when burning a wick. Please give it a ride within 3 hours. Please be careful not to touch around children and pets.

Spray

For large containers, spray the spray lock with ON. Do not spray directly in the direction of fire. The spraying of leather may cause contamination. Do not spray directly on the face or skin. Use after a small amount spray test on the lining to prevent contamination when spraying textiles. Spray at a distance of more than 20 cm from textiles. Rinse with water if the contents come into contact with eyes or sensitive skin. Be careful not to touch around children and pets.

Exchange and refund

Maiden Noir products must be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. In case of a return due to a change of heart, please contact maidennoir@gmail.com first. The product and packaging must be resellable. The amount excluding shipping fee will be refunded. If the product is defective, the problem must be recovered in a state where the problem can be checked before processing.
